Aerial Silks

Aerial Silks has been a part of our class timetable since we opened the gym in 2016. Why just watch Cirque du Soleil when we can take inspiration from this incredible form of exercise that really is more accessible than you can imagine. Our coaches aren’t ex gymnasts or pro circus performers. We learned from those professionals, but what makes our coaching so valuable to you is that we’ve learned it from the recreational users perspective, and combined with our experience of coaching everyone from 4 year olds to 70 year olds, we know exactly how to help you get stronger, leaner and more flexible with Aerial Silks.
