Bodyweight training with James

Looking at a variety of his favourite ways to train using bodyweight only. James will share all his experience with learning the most exciting calisthenics skills, and adapt those challenges to any fitness level.

Do not miss this class. You will use a variety of different pieces of kit such as the Olympic rings, Urban Strength bar parallettes.

We’ll also explore freestyle bodyweight exercise and skills that take inspiration from acrobatics, gymnastics and parkour.
