Family’s are the heart of the Wild training gym

Kids Fitness is how we help young people learn and develop good movement. We incorporate key learning skills that have come out of consultations with schools, sensory learning support groups and other relevant organisation to make sure our kids classes are more than just random run arounds.

We want to look after the physical and mental health of your family with our experienced instructors and proven coaching. Kids that have parents that lead by example develop such a positive relationship with healthy behaviours.

Kids Class Timetable

  • Monday 4:30pm - Kids WOD (workout of the day) with James

  • Tuesday 4:30pm - Aerials and bodyweight strength with James

  • Wednesday 4:30pm - Kids WOD with Paul

  • Thursday 4:30pm - Gymnastics with Louise

  • Friday 4:30pm - Aerials and bodyweight strength with James

  • Saturday 8am - Family Fitness Fun with James

Family Fitness sessions are perfect for you to engage in fitness with your child. In these sessions we encourage parents/guardians to join in. You too will get a workout!

Adult PAYGO Class passes can be bought to join in on these sessions (available on the Wild Training App) or an adult membership includes access to this class.
