Strength training
Strength Training at our gym is covered by some incredible athletes and coaches sharing their experience in Power lifting, Body Building, and all forms of functional strength. You'll discover both new styles of exercise and ancient systems to live stronger and progress with your training faster. The great thing about our Strength Training classes is that there isn’t a really specific theme, so each month we create programming that helps our members achieve the best general, whole body strength as our coaches assess the needs of the individuals that attend these classes. The Strength Training classes are a key workout for all members regardless of their fitness level.

Weight Lifting, classes at Wild Training build your confidence using barbells, and highlight the benefits of big compound lifts like the Olympic snatch, clean and press. We make sure the class helps all levels by including a lot of specific mobility drills and conditioning, that won’t always be using a barbell. Our gym has equipment that can help people rebalance their body and improve on weaker links that might hold them back from progressing there weight lifting with a barbell. A great class for CrossFitters wanting to improve their technique, or for anyone wanting a slower paced, very detailed approach to developing whole body strength and mobility.

The philosophy of the Wild Training Gym has always been about sharing the best activities, through great coaching, with everyone. How could we look past the sport that celebrates the strongest people on the planet. Strongman is about learning how to move things efficiently with your body, and most the time those objects don’t conform to perfectly shaped barbells and dumbbells, just like the things we have to move around in life are often awkward shapes. Strongman training at our gym has been enjoyed by 10 year olds and 60 year olds, men and women, of all fitness levels. It’s a fun, effective and rewarding way to learn how to use your body properly, and transform your strength.
