Our first ever Padwork workshop! This exciting workshop will teach you how to hit and hold pads for a fun, energetic workshop.
We are bringing in a Padwork class as a part of our timetable of classes, learning this will be a great way to get started with fight fitness skills whilst burning fat, building fast twitch muscle fibre and developing cognitive your skills.
